Terms of Service

1. About ProductizeHub

ProductizeHub is operated by HYPER SCALE, S.L.U. (Els Refugis, 18, AD100 Canillo, Andorra; Company No. 22458; NIF: L-717535-W). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

2. Using the Platform

You must provide accurate information when creating an account or listing a product or service, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to misuse the platform, including through spam, fraudulent listings, or manipulation of votes, reviews, or rankings.

3. Listings and Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (product listings, reviews, discussions, and other materials), but grant ProductizeHub a license to display it on the platform. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of third parties. If you believe content on ProductizeHub infringes your rights, contact us at hello@thegoodshell.com with details of the content and your claim, and we will review and remove it where appropriate. We reserve the right to remove content or listings that violate these terms or applicable law.

4. Subscriptions, Payments and Refunds

Paid plans and promotions are billed through Stripe. Fees are described at the point of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your account settings or the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, except where you have expressly requested that we begin providing a digital service or subscription immediately and have acknowledged that you lose this right once the service has started. Outside of this statutory right, fees are generally non-refundable.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time from your settings.

6. Disclaimer and Liability

ProductizeHub is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, reviews, or third-party content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProductizeHub's total liability arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ProductizeHub harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

8. Developer API

Use of the ProductizeHub developer API and webhooks is subject to these Terms and to fair-use limits we may apply to prevent abuse. API keys are personal to your account and must not be shared or used to circumvent platform limits.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Andorra, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of ProductizeHub will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Andorra, except where mandatory consumer-protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your own country of residence.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of ProductizeHub after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
