How we ranked this list
Average customer rating is the primary sort - it tells you which subscriptions consistently satisfy clients rather than which ones just have the flashiest landing page. Providers that share a rating, including any that have not yet built up enough reviews to have one, are then ordered by starting price, cheapest first. If a rating-and-price tie persists, we fall back to total vote count as the deciding factor. No provider can buy a higher spot; the criteria are fixed and applied the same way to everyone on the list.
